Dulquer Salmaan’s much awaited film, Lucky Baskhar, will be released in theatres tomorrow. Propagating excitement for this release, Dulquer Salmaan and the team will be seen in a special appearance on the famous talk show ‘Unstoppable with NBK’ hosted by Nandamuri Balakrishna. This Diwali special episode will be broadcast on October 31, at 7 pm, on Aha Video and will be a special treat for fans as it will be joined by Dulquer Salmaan and Balakrishna. During the promotion of this episode, Balakrishna expressed his happiness over receiving the son of the Malayalam Megastar Mammootty.
Dulquer Salmaan, from the set, called his father Mammootty on a video call and a glimpse of the call was shown to the audience in the promo. The promo, as expected, easily caught the attention of the fans who were already waiting to see the action of Mammootty, Dulquer and Balakrishna.
The episode kicks off with a bang as NBK enters in his iconic 'Rowdy Inspector' avatar, setting the tone for a high-energy show. Dulquer Salman’s entry is equally electrifying; he participates in a fun balloon game where he reveals his childhood crushes and romantic history by breaking red balloons, mentioning that he has only one heart he hasn’t broken—his wife Amal Sufiya’s.
Known for his passion for cars, Dulquer Salman reveals during the show that he has clocked speeds of up to 300 km/h. NBK, visibly surprised, jokingly complains to Mammootty about his son's daredevil driving habits.

Venky Atluri's Lucky Baskhar features in the backdrop of the 80's and portrays the corresponding struggles of a bank employee with a wife and child. The angle changes when it comes to how Bakhshar earns money and what impact it brings in his life. With Meenakshi Chaudhary playing Dulquer’s onscreen wife, Ayesha Khan, Hyper Aadi, Sai Kumar and Ramki are also featured in critical roles. After being earlier scheduled for a September release, the film has been postponed with respect to Diwali for more festive hype.
Dulquer is also seen in a Tamil period film Kaantha where he stars alongside Bhagyashri Borse. With so many projects lined up and a talk show many have been waiting for, audiences of Dulquer Salmaan will surely look forward to this Diwali season.
