Pawan Kalyan shows his heart, fasttracks A M Rathnam

No doubt, superstar Pawan Kalyan has shown his good heart and commenced shooting his upcoming film 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' which has been kept on hold for over three years. “He has done the right thing and saved producer A M Rathnam who was going sleepless nights as their film got delayed for many months,” says a source.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the official account of the film ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ shared a new poster of the film featuring none other than Pawan Kalyan. He was dressed similarly to a warrior while yielding a sharp sword towards the air. The actor’s stern yet fierce look embodied the vision of the true leader. “After blockbusters ‘Kushi’ and ‘Bangaram’, the actor-producer duo are on the verge of a hat-trick and expectations are soaring, " adds the source. “Pawan Kalyan realised that producer A M Rathnam had been waiting for a long and the budget had shot up due to interest rates and crossed four to five times of estimated budget, so he ticked ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ over his big films ‘OG’ and ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ which are also in various stages of production. It would be the first release for Pawan Kalyan after becoming the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh,” he points out.

In May last, the makers of 'Hari Hara' released a teaser from the film announcing that it has been divided into two parts. The first part has been titled "Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part-1: Sword vs Spirit" with the caption, "Dharmam kosam Yuddham" which loosely translates to "War for Justice". In the teaser, the makers have described Pawan Kalyan aka Hari Hara Veera Mallu's character as " A Lone Warrior" who "wages a war for Justice" in the land "Where the poor are exploited and the Rich Thrive". And the character appears exactly like the visual representation of those words.
