Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' was released in theatres on December 5. By grossing Rs 449 crores in just two days of its release, it successfully trumped the lifetime collections of its first installment. The first part, released in 2021, enjoyed a craze in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil.
The worldwide gross of the film in three days stood at Rs 621 crores.
The second part is minting stunning figures in Hindi. On Sunday (Day 4), it netted Rs 86 crores at the Hindi box office in India. On Monday (Day 5), the collections are billed to be as high as Rs 45-50 crores in Hindi. "The Wildfire Blockbuster also becomes the fastest Hindi film to reach 291 CRORES NETT in just 4 days," Mythri Movie Makers said today.
The film has hit the $9.4 million mark in North America.
Directed by Sukumar Bandreddi, 'Pushpa 2' shattered the Day 1 record held by 'RRR' last week by grossing Rs 30 crores on its opening day.
