Rajamouli Ruined My Life, Driving Me to Suicide, Claims Producer

Hyderabad: While the entire nation is eagerly waiting for maverick filmmaker Rajamouli to share updates about his upcoming film with Mahesh Babu (SSMB29), he has landed himself in a controversy now.
A video of another Tollywood film director, who claims to be a friend of SS Rajamouli for years and the executive producer of Yamadonga has gone viral. The person who has identified himself as Uppalapati Srinivasa Rao has alleged that the former ruined his life. He said that the star director was torturing him and driving him to take the extreme step of ending his life.
In a letter penned in Telugu, Rao has written a complaint to the police stating that he and Rajamouli were friends since 1990. He also states that the director has ruined his life and was torturing him. Rao said that a triangular love story caused a rift between them. In the letter, Rao stated that Rajamouli was the reason for him being single, even at 55 years of age. He also alleged that Rajamouli was torturing him for the sake of a woman.
However, at the same time, he said that he could not produce proof for things that happened between three people. He said that he has no other option but to end his life, blaming Rajamouli for his decision.
It is known that Rajamouli is highly regarded in Indian cinema for his craft and humility. He has never courted controversy before. However, several media reports based on this viral video is making the rounds on social media, creating a sensation. Also, there is no reaction from either Rajamouli or his team at the time of filing this story.
