After finding it hard to get offers in Kollywood, pretty actress Sreeleela is looking to score a hit in Telugu and make waves once again. “Sreeleela is banking on her next film Kohinoor with Ravi Teja to return with a bang,” says a source. She was last seen in ‘Guntur Kaaram’ with Mahesh Babu and their racy dances were well received all over. "She was looking for some meaty roles in Kollywood for the last one year but nothing came about to her satisfaction. She even thumbed down ‘Sardar 2’, unwilling to play second fiddle,” he adds.
Earlier, Sreeleela was a top run heroine in Tollywood and showcased her fiery side in Telugu film ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ ‘She looked fit and trim and nicely pulled off kicks and punches along with Balakrishna and showcased a new avatar,” adds the source who claims that it was a revelation of sorts. “Sreeleela was lucky to get that opportunity to showcase her angry shade quite early in her career because young divas seldom get such roles,” he adds.
However, Sreeleela is considered one of the top dancing heroines in Tollywood after the likes of Sai Pallavi and Keerthy Suresh. “Her dancing abilities were tested in ‘Jinthak Chithaka’ and ‘Pulsar Bike’ songs in ‘Dhamaka’ and ‘Ghandarbahi in ‘Skanda’ to be hailed as a new dancing sensation,” he explains.
