It would be interesting to note that stocks of actress Sreeleela are soaring by the day in Tollywood. She is joining hands with Ravi Teja for her next film with director Gopichand Mallineni. “She would be drawing Rs 2 crore plus pay and it is four times more than the salary she drew for ‘Dhamaka’ with Ravi Teja," he says.
He claims that the ‘PellisanDad’ actress would have pocketed Rs 40 to 50 lakhs for ‘Dhamaka’ but now she is a reigning actress after working with big stars like Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan. “Her popularity soared overnight in Tollywood and she became a sought-after actress and even worked with Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan in ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh to keep her ratings high,’ he adds.
Meanwhile, the actress and her mother are holding discussions with Tamil filmmakers and planning to work with big stars like Karthi and Ajith Kumar. “She will do a Tamil film with a big star and has rejected a few films with lesser-known heroes,” he concludes.
