A few glimpses from Divyanka Tripathy and Vivek Dahiya's wedding
The big fat wedding of Divyanka Tripathy and Vivek Dahiya took place at the Kanha Fun City in Bhopal on July 8. The baraat came in at around 10 pm.
Divyanka was dressed in her favourite red lehenga for the varmala ritual while the groom wore cream and gold sherwani and wrapped around a maroon stole.
The pheras began at 3 am. The bride wore a yellow lehenga, gifted by her maternal uncle for the ritual. The marriage was solemnised by 6 am. “I was so nervous. I haven’t been this nervous my whole life. The feeling is beyond explanation. I am over the moon. I feel very lucky to be his bride. I always wanted a monsoon wedding and I am having one. The rains are making the whole experience so surreal. It feels like a dream,” says bride Divyanka.
