Even as actresses are getting bolder on-screen, there are some who still shy away from shooting intimate scenes. Jhinal Belani belongs to the latter category. The actress, who will be seen as the leading lady in an upcoming show Har Mard Ka Dard, follows a no-intimate scenes approach.
The actress was asked to be a part of a kissing scene with the leading man Faisal Rashid. However, she put her foot down, even as director Parmeet Sethi did his best to convince Jhinal about it.
When we contacted the actress, she said, “We were not informed about the scene when the narration happened. Then Parmeet sir approached us and told us about the scene. It required Faisal and me to kiss in the bathroom, something I wasn’t comfortable with.” She further added, “I explained why the scene wasn’t required in a family show.”
