Telugu Film Producers Council's Take on Payal Rajput's Rakshana Issue

The tussle between Payal Rajput and makers of Rakshana has hit a dead end. It is known that Payal had released a statement saying that they were threatening to ban her from the Telugu Film Industry.

This was after a meeting between Payal's manager and the producer, during which the producer is said to have demanded her presence for the promotions of the movie.

The producer of Rakshana took the matter to the Telugu Film Producers Council (TPFC). A statement released on May 20 by the Telugu Film Producers Council, stated TFCC & TPFC have put in all efforts to convince the artiste through her manager Mr Saurabh Dhingra for over a month for honouring the agreement, but in vain. We therefore, strongly condemn the statement of Artiste Ms Payal Rajput issued on digital media on May 19 which is of malafide intent.
