The much-anticipated sequel to The Devil Wears Prada 2 had its world premiere in New York City on April 20, 2026 and has received a glowing reception with a few viewers calling it a sequel worth waiting for 20 years.

The premiere was held on April 20 at David Geffen Hall inside the iconic Lincoln Center in New York City, where Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Simone Ashley, and Stanley Tucci came together on the red carpet nearly 20 years after the original film first made its mark.

The red carpet was a star studded event and became a fashion moment with the star cast turning up in designer couture, which dominated the red carpet as they hobnobbed with the who's who of fashion and actors who came to watch the premiere.

There were two reviews posted on X where they gave glowing reviews.
