Bench Life has everything that the audience want: Vaibhav Reddy
Thalapathy Vijay is a dear friend and I am very happy to contribute to the success of G.O.A.T, said Vaibhav Reddy, the actor who played the character of "Sha" in the movie.
In a telephonic conversation with Deccan Chronicle, Vaibhav Reddy opened about his upcoming web-series on Sony Liv. The series titled 'Bench Life' will stream on the OTT platform from tomorrow (September 12). The Comedy-drama series directed by Manasa Sharma boasts a strong cast including pretty actress Ritika Singh and veterans like Rajendra Prasad and Tanikella Bharani.
"The series will have everything that the audience will want to see in a comedy-drama," said Vaibhav. Talking about the cast, he said "Ritika Singh, as we all know is a fine actress and I enjoyed working with her" and added "working with legendary Rajendra Prasad is a learning experience, he advised me on how to improve my craft."
Vaibhav Reddy credited Niharika Konidela (Producer) and Manasa Sharma and expressed trust that the series would do well. "Manasa gave me full freedom to express myself on the sets" and said (on a lighter note) that he had seen a new technique of saying 'one more'. "Instead of saying one more, the director used to say that the expression is not good in that particular scene or something is missing," until she got the desired shot, he added.
"Many youngsters, who work in the corporate sector can easily connect to the series and have a good time, can't wait for the reviews to come out," he concluded.
