A slice of life drama!
Filmmaker Vishvak Khanderao’s comic caper set in the 1970s is yet another out-of-the-box film on the anvil in Tollywood. The plot revolves around three principal characters during times of Skylab, the first space station launched by NASA, and involves a journey back in time.
Vishvak describes the film as “a slice of a life drama that will be high on comedy and emotions.”
Set against a village backdrop, the film stars Nithya Menen, Rahul Ramakrishna and Satyadev. “I am glad to have such talented actors in my debut film itself,” says Vishvak. Shooting will soon begin in a village in Telangana.
Vishvak had apparently worked on 12 drafts of the script before freezing the final version.
“My father used to tell me stories as a child; I felt this one has the right kind of emotion. I am glad that producer Prithvi Pinnamaraju trusted my story,” he signs off.
