Back in 2014, on a trip to Hyderabad, actor Thakur Anoop Singh got a chance to visit the sets of Puri Jagannadh’s Temper. Little did he know then that he would soon be signed on to play the psychotic lover, obsessed with the heroine in Rogue. “Life comes full circle at times! Working with Puri sir has been a brilliant and enriching experience. The way he works is quite something,” shares the actor, who was last seen as the antagonist in Winner earlier this year.
Talking about his latest release, he shares, “I loved the graph of the character. A baddie may be hated, but he is definitely talked about a great deal. And this one needed me to extract the best from within me. It was quite a challenging role.” The actor, though not fluent in Telugu, found it pretty easy to say the dialogues on the sets. “If given the script in advance, I can learn them well. I have a love for languages, and I will soon be able to fluently speak in Telugu, and dub for myself too,” he says.
