Actress Kajal Aggarwal appears to be taking her work to the next level. We have reliably learnt that the Khaidi No. 150 actress is currently in talks to play the lead in a big-budget English–Telugu bilingual to be produced by actor Vishnu Manchu.
Interestingly, the gripping drama will be directed by a Hollywood director (his name is yet to be announced).
The film is an outright entertainer with a powerful core idea and is expected to connect with all sections of the audience. The production house felt that they sought an actress of repute to play the leading lady of the film, one who could pull off any role with great élan. Kajal seemed to have ticked all the right boxes for the filmmakers. “The talks are in their advanced stage. Kajal Aggarwal is super happy with the script and the magnitude of the project. She’s likely to sign the dotted lines soon. Apparently, the actress will be sporting a never-seen-before look, a far cry from the roles she has played earlier and the looks she has sported so far,” informs a source.
Vishnu is in the process of finalising the script and rest of the cast for the film.
