In January 2016, actor Ram’s Nenu... Sailaja became the much-needed hit for him after a period of lull. And then came Hyper in September which failed to meet expectations. Ever since, he has been talking to several directors and hearing several scripts but nothing has been working out.
In fact, he even announced a film with director Anil Ravipudi. The same script has now gone to Ravi Teja. Talks with Karunakaran and Kishore Tirumala have also been on, but it looks like Ram prefers the latter. While Kishore was to work on Aadallu Meeku Joharlu with Venkatesh, things didn't work out and there has been no update about the film for a while now.
“The project failing to work, has come as a breather for Ram who had liked the storyline narrated by Kishore a few months ago but had to wait in queue, behind Venkatesh. And now, the duo’s film is set to roll from April,” shares a source. Ram’s uncle Sharavanthi Ravi Kishore will bankroll the film which is touted to be a romantic entertainer.
