Balayya comes to Kaajal's rescue after Nag, Venky show reluctance to work with her

It looks like seasoned Telugu stars seem to have reservations about sharing screen space with pretty actress Kajal Agarwal after she became a mother in real-life.

However, Nandamuri Balakrishna had no such issues and agreed to be paired opposite her in his upcoming film ‘Bhagavanth Kesari'.

“Some Telugu heroes are very particular about their female lead and avoid working with actresses who became mothers as they are deprived of oomph factor. Unlike in Bollywood where Alia Bhatt is having a good time even after becoming a mother.

Nagarjuna and Venkatesh were showing reluctance to share screen space with Kaajal Agarwal and even actor Gopichand was not forthcoming," says a source.

Actually, Kajal Agarwal was a top-rung heroine and swayed Telugu film audiences for over a decade with her performances and gorgeous looks. She worked with big stars like Mahesh Babu(Businessman), NTR jr(Temper), Allu Arjun (Arya) and Ram Charan (Magadheera) to carve a niche for herself in Telugu filmdom. "She also worked with Chiranjeevi in 'Khaidi No 150' but gradually offers began to dwindle for her after marriage and motherhood. Despite looking fit and glamourous, she is devoid of star-studded movies," the source adds.

Eventually, forcing the 30-plus diva to gravitate towards women-centric movies and now she is playing a tough cop in her maiden female-oriented film 'Satyabhama'. "Earlier, she used to avoid author backed roles because she was working with big stars. Now, probably she intends to extend her career with solo films," the source concludes.
