Allu Arjun and Jr NTR like to pounce on what’s trendy. As soon as Meta, the company responsible for Instagram and Facebook, launched Threads on Thursday, a social media platform to compete with Twitter, both actors signed up for the app. The two have become the first Tollywood actors to join the new social media platform. However, they haven’t posted anything yet
Threads was released on Thursday and is currently available only for iOS users.
“With Tollywood reaching global markets, staying in touch with young fans and expanding a global fan base is crucial. Both the actors saw Threads as an opportunity to further strengthen their fan base,” a source tells us.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun and Jr NTR are shooting for their respective films — Pushpa 2 and Devara.
