PK's political party tries to douse split rumours but they refuse to die down

Rumours that Pawan Kalyan and his wife Anna Lezhneva are heading for a split refuse to die down even after the actor-politician’s Jana Sena Party put out a counter on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday.

Pawan has been married to Anna for the past ten years, but rumours have been circulating for the past few days that the two have separated, and that Anna had returned to Russia (her home country) with their children. Her absence from recent family functions like the naming ceremony of Pawan’s nephew, actor Ram Charan’s daughter, and another nephew, Varun Tej’s engagement, fuelled the speculations.

The Janasena Party tweeted a photograph of the couple, along with a Telugu message that reads in loose translation, “Pawan Kalyan and his wife Anna Konidela performed puja after completing the first phase of the Varahi Yatra. They participated in the puja that was held at his residence in Hyderabad. The second phase of the Yatra will begin, and Pawan Kalyan will reach Mangalagiri to participate in the meetings.”

However, Netizens are wondering why the party chose to release a photograph and not a video of the puja ceremony in which the couple is said to have participated.
