Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi Stalin's movie to arrive in Telugu
The much-talked about movie "Maamannan' starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Vadivelu, Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh in key roles, would be dubbed into Telugu and released in two Telugu states as 'Nayakudu' on July 14 by Asian Multiplexes Pvt Ltd & Suresh Productions
The caste-centric film, which harps on discrimination against lower caste people, was penned and directed by Mari Selvaraj, whose earlier movies 'Pariyerum Perumal' and 'Karnan' were runaway hits. "Maamannan is all set to become a blockbuster, and the director has scored a hatrick," claim makers,
Meanwhile, the Telugu leading distribution houses Asian Multiplexes Pvt Ltd and Suresh Productions together acquired the Telugu rights of the movie. With the movie doing wonders in Tamil, and with the well-known distribution houses backing it, 'Nayakudu' will have a grand release in Telugu.
This political action thriller will mark Udhayanidhi's final film as an actor before he takes up a full-fledged political career. The film is backed by Udhayanidhi's Red Giant movies. The technical crew includes Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman, cinematographer Theni Eswar, and editor Selva.
