Payal Rajput will soon make her Telugu debut with RX 100 opposite newcomer Karthikeya. The film’s promotional video, featuring some intimate scenes and a lip lock, recently generated a big buzz.
“Yes, I have kissed in this film, but it is all part of the script and I just went with the flow. There are also a few intimate scenes in the film,” explains Payal.
After acting in a few Punjabi films and television serials, the actress is all set to make her debut in Telugu. “Initially, I struggled quite a bit because of the language, but after a few days of shooting, I overcame it,” she says, adding that director Ajay Bhoopathi conducted two days of workshops to understand the characters better.
“RX 100 is an incredible love story. I am going to be an inspiration for many girls and I can safely say that I am the ‘hero’ of the film,” says Payal confidently.
Describing director Ajay Bhoopathi as being in command, she says, “He has a very clear vision and people will definitely connect with us.”
