Vijay Devarakonda is a busy bee. Not only are two of his films ready to hit the screens, he’s started shooting for two others — a bilingual and the film Dear Comrade. The shooting for the latter is taking place in a village Thondangi, in East Godavari district, AP. Bharat Kamma is the director while Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead.
The actor is very popular for his Telangana slang and also speaks the same in his films even now. But for Dear Comrade, he has to change the slang to the East Godavari accent as the character demands.
“It’s an emotional drama and is also based on a social cause,” says a source from the unit.
