Ravi Teja turns singer
Ravi Teja is an actor who always has something up his sleeve! He will next enthral fans by taking up singing again in Khiladi. The track will be a mass number that will cater to the galleries.
Sharing details, the film’s director Ramesh Varma says it was a collective idea to have Ravi Teja croon for the groovy beat. And composer Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) too was excited by the decision.
“We thought Ravi Teja’s raw yet funky voice would give the song the right take-off and elevation. When DSP and I pitched the idea, Ravi Teja gave the nod,” shares Ramesh, adding that the actor, along with other singers, would soon record the number at a studio in Hyderabad. “The song comes at a stage where the film gets edgier,” Ramesh adds, saying that the actor too is excited with the track.
Ravi Teja had earlier crooned Rum Pum Bum in Disco Raja, Nautanki Nautanki in Power, and Kajal Chellivaa in Balupu.
