A day after they tied the knot in traditional Telugu style, Tollywood’s hottest newlyweds, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya promised to love each other for an eternity in a surreal Christian ceremony.
The Akkineni family — children and grand children of late Akkineni Nageswara Rao — with the bride and groom Samantha and Naga Chaitanya.
“It was nothing short of a fairy tale as they exchanged rings. With rose petals adorning their path and lanterns hanging all over the venue, it was a beautiful setting. When they stood opposite each other on the dais, emotions flew high,” revealed a guest.
While Samantha looked like the happiest bride in a light purple gown designed by Kresha Bajaj, lover boy Naga Chaitanya sported a chic black tuxedo. All of the 120-odd guests at the do dressed up in stunning evening gowns and suits at the-open air venue, overlooking a serene Goan beach. With roses being the decor theme, the entire venue was decked up in various shades of the flower.
Naga Chaitanya walked to the altar hand-in-hand with mother Lakshmi who was all smiles.
After the ceremony, with smiles on their faces, when Samantha and Chaitanya walked down the aisle hand in hand, the guests whistled and hooted as showers of confetti fell on the couple.
