Contrary to the belief that actresses are bound to lose their ratings post marriage and motherhood, Kajal has hiked her pay and getting offers too.."Kajal has busted the myth that actresses have to reduce their pay after marriage and setting a precedent of sorts," says a celebrity manager and adds, 'Kajal is drawing Rs 2.25 crores for ongoing film "Satyabhama" highest in her career till date, " he adds.
Despite ruling the roost for more than a decade in Tollywood and delivering big hits like "Darling", "Magadheera", "Badshah" and "Businessman" to be hailed as a lucky mascot. "Actresses will be paid less while working with superstars. Hence, Kajal was drawing upto Rs 1.5 cr max in her happening career," he points out.
Apart from pocketing good pay, she also has to pick good roles to keep her stocks soaring. "Kajal is holding well amidst competition from young divas like Rashmika, Sreeleela and Mrunal for now. She has to rock with plum roles by keeping her growing age in mind,' he concludes.
