Ram Gopal Varma crosses a personal milestone in his life. With his daughter Revathi giving birth to a baby girl in the US on Sunday, the maverick filmmaker has become grandfather. He and his family are ecstatic to welcome the new addition into the family.
According to a source, both the mother and the baby are healthy and doing fine.
“It’s an emotional moment for the family as they are all delighted to see the newly born. Wishes have been pouring in for the RGV family,” adds the source.
Revathi, a doctor, married Pranav, also a doctor, in 2013 at a low-key wedding ceremony in Hyderabad. The baby is the couple’s first child.
