Poorna plays mother of two in Rakshasi

Actress Poorna, who will soon be seen in the horror-thriller Rakshasi, a sequel of Calling Bell, is set to play a mother of two in the film. The actress who was last seen in Jayammu Nischayamu Ra was roped in because the film’s story is highly performance oriented. Directed by Panna Royal, Poorna was apparently impressed by the character sketch and couldn’t say no to the role.

Sharing about the same, the actress says, “I always give preference to the script and when it’s good, I am game for anything. Same was the case with this film. The kids who I play a mom to, were so naughty and lively that being on the sets of the film was so much fun.”
