After a brief hiatus, actress Zara Shah, who starred in films like Life is Beautiful and Bhai, is all set to make a comeback to Tollywood with Aithe 2.0. The techno-thriller, directed by Raju Madiraju, is about four unemployed engineering graduates, and their tryst with cyber crime.
“I took time off to complete my studies but got a few offers, so I gave the film a shot”, she says, adding, “Facing the camera after the break wasn’t really difficult since I already have the experience. I was always excited with any opportunity I got.” The actress had to master a specific slang for her part in the film. “Since I play an NRI, I had to work a bit on my diction to get the American accent right,” she shares, adding, “I join a group of youngsters who get embroiled in a financial fraud. The plot is contemporary and it also explains the implications of using social media.”
