Post the release of Narthanasala, actress Kashmira Pardeshi was lying low. But it now looks as if she’s back to the fore. She will be seen as the leading lady in Nikhil Kumaraswamy’s upcoming bilingual (Kannada and Telugu) action drama..
Apparently, Kashmira’s innocent and cute looks won her the role. “We have seen Kashmira’s earlier performances in Telugu and Tamil films, and we believe she perfectly fits the bill for our girl-next-door character,” explains director Konda Vijay Kumar.
“We gave her a few scenes from the film at the audition just to ensure that we had made the right choice. And Kashmira nailed the character,” he said, adding that shooting was progressing briskly.
“I want to thank producers Lahari Music and T-Series for the kind of support they are providing and I am proud to be working with such reputed names,” he added.
