It looks like National Award-winning film Shatamanam Bhavati’s director Satish Vegesna has finally found a lead actor for his next film. After several stars were considered for the film, the project, titled Srinivasa Kalyanam has finally found its male lead in Nithiin, who apparently okayed the film after a series ofdiscussions.
“Nithiin tasted phenomenal success with Dil, produced by Dil Raju. Post that, despite a few talks, nothing ever worked out for them and they never came back together. However, the duo’s careers are on a completely different level now as they team up after 14 years,” shares a source.
The actor apparently was gung-ho about working on the family drama and took a while before giving a definitive yes. Nithiin is presently busy with debutant director Krishna Chaitanya’s film that co-stars Megha Akash. He will begin work on the new project after he wraps up the ongoing film.
