Adipurush Twitter Review: The much awaited Magnum Opus Adipurush, directed by Bollywood filmmaker Om Raut, has finally arrived in theatres. The film stars Tollywood Rebel Star Prabhas, Bollywood actors Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan among others. The film has been made on a massive budget and the VFX work in the movie is said to be top notch.
Adipurush is based on Ramayan and expectations are high considering the star cast and the hype around the film. Interestingly, Prabhas who always promoted his movies did not even hold a press conference this time. It appears the makers and the actors are super confident about the movie''s box office prospects.
The makers also managed to get the approvals from both Telangana and Ahdhra pradesh governments to hike the movie ticket price by Rs 50 and advanced booking reports have been encouraging.

The first half focused on the drama which worked, but the 2nd half didn’t have much other than a prolonged climax fight with poor VFX. Music saves the film in many parts. Ends up as a mediocre watch.
Prabhas plays the part of Ram well though it feels like he doesn’t have much screen time due to the other characters.
Saif as Ravan is alright but the characterization is a bit odd and very dark and goes overboard at times.
Kriti’s role as Sita’s role is limited but well done. #Adipurush
#Adipurush The music deserves a special mention as it carries the film in many places. However, the VFX particularly in action scenes is very poor and cartoonish and makes those scenes ineffective.
Huppa Huiya song is cut from the film and 2nd half could use more trimming.
