It seems Nikhil Siddhartha will soon go to Bollywood. Buzz is that the actor is in talks with acclaimed filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor for a Hindi-Telugu bilingual.
Nikhil and Nagesh apparently met recently when a narration was followed by the actor’s approval. “Nikhil is quite excited with the developments. He isn’t someone who prioritises his image over the story and it is a great opportunity for him to team up with a director who has time and again proved that his content is king,” shares a source.
The decision to make it a bilingual was taken considering the duo’s audience in the two markets.
The project could begin shooting in the second half of 2017. Interestingly, this film will also mark Nagesh Kukunoor’s Telugu debut.
