Niharika Konidela, the first girl from the Konidela family to have made her cinematic debut with Oka Manasu, got a grand welcome. However, the film failed to strike a chord at the box office. But the actress quickly moved on and signed her first Tamil film alongside Vijay Sethupathi. And now, she has okayed her second Telugu film.
To be helmed by debutant director W. Ravi Durga Prasad, who happens to be an earlier associate of Prabhudheva, Rahul Bose and Meher Ramesh, the film was officially launched in Hyderabad on Friday. To be jointly bankrolled under M.R. Entertainments and Kavitha Combines banners by Bandaru Bobby and Marisetti Raghavaiah, not much is known about the actress’ character in the film. Interestingly, no lead hero has been announced for the film either.
