The shooting of Naga Chaitanya-starrer Sailaja Reddy Alludu is nearing completion, with the team now filming the last song in Goa. The lead pair Naga Chaitanya and Anu Emmanuel will feature in the soothing duet number. With this song, the film’s director Maruti will wrap up the entire shooting.
The recently released trailer has garnered plenty of curiosity for the film. Interestingly, this is the first time Chay will be playing a full-fledged son-in-law’s role on screen while Ramya Krishnan has been roped in to play his mother-in-law. “The makers felt that Ramya Krishnan could bring authenticity to the mother-in-law’s character. Also, Chay’s scenes with Ramya will be one of the high points of the family drama,” informs a source.
Anu Emmanuel will be seen as Chay’s love interest while Gopi Sunder is providing the tunes for this family drama, which is slated for release on August 31.
