Pretty actress Kajal Agggarwal lost a good sum of money since she was charging a high fee to launch a brochure for a real estate brand in Hyderabad. She was reportedly demanded Rs 15 lakh plus boarding and lodging for one hour work. “Considering her popularity and brand value, Kajal demanded a hefty sum and her manager didn’t budge. Invariably, she lost the opportunity to her arch rival,” says a source. While reigning actress Sreeleela bagged the offer and laughed all the way to the bank. "Sreeleela agreed to launch the brochure this week and she would be paid Rs 12 lakhs. Besides, she stays in Hyderabad and is easily accessible to the real-estate brand. The brand ended up saving Rs 5 to 6 lakhs for this event,” he points out.
Meanwhile, Kajal is awaiting the release of her maiden female-centric film ‘Satyabhama’ and also appeared with seasoned star Balakrishna in ‘Bhagavanth Kesarai’. ‘She played his romantic lead in the film but the father-daughter relationship eclipsed her track but Kaajal shined in her given moments in the action film,'' he adds.
Kajal is pretty looking and talented and is under discussion for a few projects. She has to compete with new generation heroines like Sreeleela and Rashmika to grab plum offers these days.
