Actor Aadi it seems is set to take a new route. After being seen mostly in mass and romantic films so far, we hear he will now be seen in a thriller which is set in a horror scenario. And apparently work on the film has begun too. “Prabhakar Podakandla, a popular name on television will make his directorial debut with this film. Aadi has been on the search for a new kind of script from a very long time. In fact, he invited newbies to send their ideas to him too. But finally, this was to his liking and so he has gone ahead with it,” shares a source in the know.
The film’s female lead has been finalised, too. Vaibhavi Shandilya, a Marathi actress, will make her Telugu debut with this film. We hear her training in Bhratanatyam and Kathak have proven useful in bagging the role. This project will be produced as a joint venture between Geetha Arts’ GA 2, UV Creations and Studio Green under the banner V4.
