Thriving on excellence pushes me, says Nani
It’s been more than a decade since Nani entered showbiz, having cemented his place in the industry.
However, the 'Bhale Bhale Magadivoy' star believes that ‘thriving on excellence’ is something that will always push and bring out the best in him.
“With every film, I believe I grow as an actor, but after a few years when I look back at the same film, I feel perhaps I could have done better,” explains Nani.
“So constantly looking back and trying to better is a never-ending process. And I think that’s what keeps actors thriving on excellence.”
The Majnu actor has appeared in different roles in over 35 films. His upcoming films, including V and Tuck Jagadish, will show him in contrasting roles.
The Gang Leader star explains to us that it his search for out-of-the-box plots that satiates his creative cravings.
“Sometimes, we pick up scripts believing that it will work for us, but when the box-office results reflect otherwise, we start to introspect about our choice of films. So how we evolve as actors from the characters we chose is a constant challenge,” says the 'Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha' star signing off.
