After introducing the Mega Princess to the world along with his wife Ms Upasana, he said that he has no words to express his happiness.
The star couple stepped out from the city hospital with flowers showering all over them with the newborn in hand wrapped in a soft blanket and the couple greeted the media, before Upasana took the child into the car, while Charan stepped back to address the media. “I have no words to express my happiness and I am truly on cloud nine,” he says and adds, “I am thankful to our fans for performing poojas for the well being of the kid. I am indebted to my good hearted fans for showering their love on us. The newborn is doing well and I have full trust in our doctors’ team who are taking care of her.”
He says that he and Upasana have zeroed in on a few names for their doting daughter, but he would disclose it only during the naming ceremony in the next few weeks. “I am not an expert on Hindu rituals, but I think we will be performing the naming ceremony on 21st day of her birth, so until then the suspense continues,” he added.
The RRR star also stated that they have been receiving greetings from their well wishers in the USA and other countries and they are counting on each one of them. “We are blessed to have such well-wishers all over the world and it’s kind of a blessing,” he explains.
He said that his whole family is happy including his father and megastar Chiranjeevi, “Our whole family is overjoyed since we have been waiting for this moment for a long time,” he concludes.
