Sumanth Ashwin, the son of popular producer MS Raju, is praying for a break. He started his career on a good note, but his last few films have bombed at the box-office, for want of a decent script.
Now, the actor is banking on the horror comedy Prema Katha Chitram 2 that has been directed by Harikishan.
The film is a sequel to the earlier Prema Katha Chitram that was an instant hit. “Sumanth has completely changed his look and is trying a different genre with this film. He hopes that this film will give him a break,” says a source.
The shooting of this film has been completed and producer Sudharshan Reddy is planning to release it in January. The horror comedy has two female leads, Siddhi Innani and Nandita Shweta. The producer, however, reveals that actress Nandita’s role will be the highlight. The first look of the film was recently revealed.
