With megastar Chiranjeevi’s film with director Kalyan Krishna put on hold, seasoned star Nagarjuna reportedly had a meeting with director Kalyan Krishna to start a new project since they have delivered many hits in the past. “Nagarjuna likes Kalyan Krishna very much for his discipline and hard work. Nagarjuna met him for a brief chat a couple of days ago,” says a source and adds, " But nothing has been finalized about their project yet,” he adds.
Actually, director Kalyan Krishna rose to fame with big hits like ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and ‘Bangarraju’ and another hit movie ‘Rarandoi Veduka Chudam’ with new age actor Nagarjuna and has become very close to Akkineni family. “He is adept in dishing out family dramas loaded with romance, music and entertainment,” he points out.
It is well-known that he has woven a heart-wrenching family drama revolving around a middle-aged father and his young son. "Initially, Chiranjeevi was very impressed with the emotional saga and gave his nod to Kalyan Krishna. Later, he developed second thoughts and began shooting his socio fantasy film with director Vasishta,” adds the source
Director Kalyan Krishna has limited options because his film ‘Nela Ticket’ with Ravi Teja failed to impress and now he is looking to make a comeback with a big ticket entrainer.
