Popular cinematographer Karthick Ghattamaneni, who impressed with his camera work in movies like ‘Karthikeya 2’, ‘Disco Raja’ and ‘Dhamaka’, has turned director with his upcoming film ‘Eagle’ with reigning star Ravi Teja.”It would be a first-of-its-kind movie in Telugu,’ say makers who claimed to have received a good response for their glimpse unveiled recently.
Meanwhile, Ravi Teja and the team have left for London to shoot some crucial sequences on him and other prominent cast.
“Ravi Teja plays a role with multi-shades. As shown in the glimpse, he is a most wanted painter, a cotton farmer. Hence he will be seen in varied avatars,” add makers.
Anupama Parameshwaran plays the female, while Kavya Thapar plays another heroine in this action film. Written and directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the movie is being produced by TG Vishwa Prasad.
It is slated for release during Sankranti in 2024.
