Ram Charan has worked with top-ranking directors like SS Rajamouli, Sukumar, Puri Jagannadh, and VV Vinayak over the years. The actor has also made a few interesting picks from time to time. A case in point is Orange, directed by Bommarillu Baskar. And now, even as he is working with the consummate director Shankar Shanmugham, he has evinced interest in working with someone who is helming only his second film.
Charan will be doing a film with director Buchi Babu Sana, whose first film Uppena was one of the biggest Indian hits of 2021. It grossed more than a hundred crore at the box office. The RRR actor believes in Sana’s talent and has okayed a long-in-the-works script that the young director pitched recently.
It appears that the Rangasthalam star wants to collaborate with content-oriented filmmakers, as their sensibilities can enhance his filmography.
