The Telugu industry mourns the loss of the eminent film producer who bankrolled several hit movies.
D. Siva Prasad Reddy
Noted Telugu film producer D. Siva Prasad Reddy passed away on Saturday morning. He was 62. Reddy, who was suffering from a heart-related ailment, breathed his last at a private hospital in Chennai.
He founded the Kamakshi Movies banner in 1985, under which he produced many hit movies like Karthika Pournami, Sravana Sandhya, Vikki Dada, Muta Mesthri, Allari Alludu, Ragada, Dhada and Greeku Veerudu.
Reddy is known for his close association with Akkineni Nagarjuna, and has produced many films with the actor. Many industry personalities have paid their condolences to Siva Prasad Reddy’s family.
