His social media post stated, "Corruption being shown on the silver screen is fine. But not in real life. Can't digest. Especially in government offices. And even worse happening in #CBFC Mumbai office. Had to pay 6.5 lakhs for my film #MarkAntonyHindi version. 2 transactions. 3 lakhs for screening and 3.5 lakhs for a certificate."
Vishal emphasized that he had never encountered such a situation in his career and had no choice but to comply with the demands due to the film's ongoing release. He expressed his intention to bring the matter to the attention of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Vishal's actions were driven by a desire to protect the interests of future producers and maintain the integrity of the filmmaking industry.
