Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar is going to play a cameo in Balakrishna’s prestigious 100th film, Gautamiputra Satakarni. Director Krish recently met the actor and narrated his role, which he immediately accepted. “It’s a very important role and crucial for the film. The shooting for his character will start in November first week,” says a source.
The film stars well known actors such as Kabir Bedi, Hema Malini and now, Shiva Rajkumar has joined the cast. The director wants to release the film in other languages simultaneously, apart from Telugu.
The makers are also planning to screen the trailer in 100 theatres at the same time in December. “The screening will be held at the same time in all the theatres, including overseas screens,” say the makers. The film, slated for release on January 12, needs a lot of graphics which is being worked on simultaneously.
