B-town diva Mrunal Thakur seems to be the flavor of the season in Tollywood. After signing up for movies with new-age stars like Nani and Vijay Devarakonda, pretty actress Mrunal Thakur is in the final stage of talks to romance reigning star Ravi Teja in his upcoming movie with director Gopichand Mallineni. “Although there were rumours for some time, only now things are falling in place and she is set to sign on the dotted line shortly. It is a role with multi-shades and the director believes that she could fit in,” says a source.
On one hand, she is busy with Bollywood films like ‘Ankh Me Choli,’ ‘Pooja Meri Jaan’ and ‘Pippa’, on the other hand, she is flooded with offers from the Telugu film industry after arriving with a bang with the blockbuster ‘Sita Ramam’. “She is good-looking as well as a performer and this combination is going to fetch her more offers in Telugu. She has been roped in for young actors and also for middle-aged actors, hence she has to spare more dates for Tollywood in the days to come,’ he adds.
No doubt, Mrunal is giving tough time to her rivals like Rashmika, Pooja Hedge, and Sreeleela in Telugu films by landing plum roles opposite big guns within no time.
