Balakrishna and Koratala Siva Say Power Meets Purpose
The script has already been locked, and the project, tentatively referred to as NBK112, is expected to be mounted on a grand scale with a significant budget.

After working with top stars like Mahesh Babu and N. T. Rama Rao Jr., noted director Koratala Siva is now teaming up with Nandamuri Balakrishna for a power-packed film. The Nandamuri scion, who is lining up an interesting slate of projects and is currently working on NBK111 with director Gopichand Malineni, has officially confirmed this new collaboration.
Koratala Siva is said to have impressed Balakrishna with a strong and purposeful subject. The director plans to present Balakrishna in a full-fledged mass avatar, staying true to his larger-than-life screen image. The announcement poster carries the striking line, “Power Meets Purpose, Mass Becomes a Movement,” indicating that the film will blend commercial elements with a socially relevant theme.
The script has already been locked, and the project, tentatively referred to as NBK112, is expected to be mounted on a grand scale with a significant budget. Details regarding the producer, supporting cast, and technical crew are likely to be revealed in the coming days.
Koratala Siva has earlier delivered successful films like Srimanthudu, which revolved around the concept of rural development through social responsibility, and Janatha Garage, which highlighted environmental conservation. However, his big-ticket film Acharya, starring Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, failed to meet expectations at the box office. He later bounced back with Devara, re-establishing his command over mainstream storytelling, and is now set to collaborate with Balakrishna for what promises to be another high-voltage entertainer with a strong message.
