South Indian Movie Releases in July
As we enter the seventh month of 2024, the anticipation for many south Indian movies has gone to a zenith. Furthermore, several projects which were previously highly anticipated have had to be pushed back due to the Lok Sabha 24 Elections only adding to the excitement among fans. Here’s a look at some of the South Indian films that will come out in July 2024:
Emagadhagan
“Emagadhagan” is set in a village that is terrorized by fear where there is a group of foreigners who are trying hard to lift it and bring peace again. The suspense thriller stars Karthik Sriram, Rashmitha Hiwary, Vattakara Satheesh, and Maddy Manoj. Kishan Raj directed it while Krishnamani Kannan and Kishan K produced it under Prime Reels Pictures; hence releasing on July 5, 2024.
Indian 2
Kamal Haasan is returning with “Indian 2”, a direct sequel to his blockbuster hit in 1995. This political thriller was directed by Shankar Shanmugam and features an ensemble cast including Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, S.J.Suryah and Kajal Aggarwal. It will be released on July12th, 2024 in multiple languages as Lyca Productions produces this movie.
Raayan
The Tamil movie Raayan, starring Dhanush, is a strong film directed by himself. With a cast of shining stars like Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar; it could be a blockbuster. It is going to hit the screens on July 26, 2024 that has been produced by Sun Pictures.
Buddy
“Buddy” marks the return of Allu Sirish after a break in action. This action drama is directed by Sam Anton produced by Studio Green Films and features Gayatri Bhardwaj and Prisha Rajesh. Its arrival on July 26, 2024 should be expected.
Darling
Priyadarshi and Nabha Natesh feature in “Darling”, which is a Telugu romantic comedy film produced by Prime Show Entertainment and directed by Aswin Raam scheduled for July 19th, 2023.
