Telugu actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan extended warm birthday wishes to noted music composer and singer Ramana Gogula, recalling the memorable musical journey they shared through some of Telugu cinema's most popular films.

In a statement released on the occasion, Pawan Kalyan praised Ramana Gogula's contribution to Telugu film music and highlighted the impact of the songs he composed for films such as Thammudu and Badri. "The songs that Ramana Gogula provided for the films Thammudu and Badri were immensely loved by audiences. The novelty in those songs particularly impressed the youth. His unique style of singing earned him a special identity. Ramana Gogula is an educated person who completed his M.Tech from Kharagpur and pursued his MS in America. While excelling as a venture capitalist and technology company manager, he also expressed his creativity through the film industry. I pray to God to grant him good health, happiness and success," Pawan Kalyan said.

The association between Pawan Kalyan and the Bengaluru-based composer created a musical sensation in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Their collaborations produced several chartbusters that continue to enjoy popularity among fans even today.

Songs such as Yeh Chikitha, Bangala Kathamlo, Lussiya, Kalala Kalalu, College Blues, Go Johnny, and Vayari Bhama became youth anthems during their time. In recent years, Ramana Gogula has made a notable return to Tollywood, primarily as a singer.
