After shooting in picturesque Kashmir for 'Kushi' and in the USA for his last release "Family Star," new age actor Vijay Devarakonda will be shooting a major portion of his upcoming untitled film with director Gautam Tinnanuri in the neighboring country. "Sri Lanka is a very important location for this gripping cop story. He would be shooting extensively in the island country," says a source and adds, 'Even a few episodes in jail have been picturized and also the film boasts of breath-taking locations of Sri Lanka. It would be eye-pleasing for viewers," he adds.
"No doubt, he has turned into a globe-trotting star as he also shot in Paris for his earlier film 'World Famous Lover' he adds. However, he worked in Hyderabad for 'Arjun Reddy', and 'Geeta Govindam' was canned in the two Telugu states. "Probably, he is exploring other countries now,' he adds.
The actor will seen at his fiercest best in the poster released. "He showcases varied shades in the movie and his character goes through a gamut of emotions," he concludes. It is slated for release on March 28, 2025.
