Mumbai: Vikas Kharage, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to the Chief Minister and the Department of Cultural Affairs, Maharashtra, along with 12 esteemed senior IAS officers from the 1994 batch, recently visited the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC). They met with the show’s creator and producer, Asit Kumarr Modi, along with several artists.
